Join Our Team: Junior Law Clerk - Condominium Management
We are currently seeking a Junior Law Clerk to join our Condominium Management Department in Ayr, Ontario. This full-time, hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a specialized area of law while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new files, prepare and send retainers, collect retainer funds, and conduct conflict searches
- Draft routine correspondence and legal documents under supervision
- Liaise with property managers, board members, opposing counsel, and government agencies
- Assist senior clerks and lawyers with regulatory, compliance, and governance matters, including lien registrations
- Maintain and organize digital and physical client files
- Schedule meetings for lawyers
- Enter dockets and review prebills using Soluno (legal accounting software)
**Qualifications**:
- Law Clerk diploma or experience in condominium law is an asset, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Interest in condominium law and property management is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay: $40,000.00-$97,937.35 per year
