We're seeking a **Clinic Administrator** to help elevate patient care and operational excellence at our clinic on West Broadway. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you

**What You'll Do**:

- Schedule and manage patient appointments with efficiency and care.
- Handle billing, light bookkeeping, and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized clinic environment.
- Support social media updates, light content editing, and AI-powered tools for admin tasks.
- Foster clear communication with patients and staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Job Details**:

- **Shifts**: Tuesday to Friday, 10am - 3pm (20 hrs/week).
- **Pay**: $22.00-$25.00/hour, with potential bonuses.
