VyCare Medical is a growing, team-based primary care clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. With two locations in Vancouver—Kingsway and Brentwood—our multidisciplinary team includes:

We are currently seeking an experienced **Clinic Manager** to oversee operations at both clinic sites. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, a high standard of patient care, and a positive team environment.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the **Medical Director** and **Director of Operations**, the Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at both clinics, lead the administrative team, and support coordination among clinical staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Clinic Operations**
- Oversee daily workflows and operational efficiency across both Kingsway and Brentwood sites.
- Manage EMR usage and integrity (Juno/OSCAR EMR).
- Coordinate appointment booking, referrals, intake, and clinical processes.
- Monitor infection control, supply ordering, and facility readiness.

**Team & Leadership**
- Hire, onboard, supervise, and support MOAs and other administrative staff.
- Build a collaborative and respectful workplace culture.
- Schedule and lead team meetings, training sessions, and team check-ins.
- Assist with provider and staff scheduling and conflict resolution.

**Finance & Admin**
- Support budget management, vendor coordination, and operational expenses.
- Oversee MSP, third-party, and private billing processes and error resolution.
- Assist with payroll inputs and HR documentation.

**Patient Experience & Quality**
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient service concerns and resolution.
- Maintain privacy and security protocols in line with PHIPA and clinic policies.
- Develop and implement tools for service quality monitoring and patient feedback.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Post-secondary education in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in a clinic operations or healthcare management role.
- Experience with **Juno/OSCAR EMR** and MSP billing systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Understanding of BC's primary care system, interdisciplinary teams, and patient attachment models is an asset.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
