Job Overview:
Pain Point Clinic a holistic wellness clinic focused on providing quality care and relaxation. We’re looking for a friendly receptionist to create a warm, efficient experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients, manage bookings, and answer inquiries
- Handle check-ins, payments, and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain client records with confidentiality
- Keep the reception area organized and support team with administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; prior reception experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach
- Familiarity with scheduling software and basic billing systems

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
