**Responsibilities**:

- Offering vehicle financing and protection plans to clients.
- Maintaining good working relationships with the lenders.
- Structuring finance deals to obtain approval from lenders.
- Accurately prepare the necessary documents for vehicle delivery (i.e. bill of sale, conditional sales agreement, vehicle extended service plan, insurance verification form, vehicle lien and history report, vehicle protection policies, waivers etc.)
- Remaining up to date on all product knowledge, finance options, promotions, additional products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends.
- Presenting and reviewing warranty coverage as well as additional protection options with clients.
- Working closely with sales managers to maximize profits on each deal.
- Ensuring overall client experience is exciting and seamless.
- Various duties when assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year experience in an Automotive Financial Services role
- Sub Prime Experience is required
- VSA license required
- Valid BC Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Automotive sales experience is an asset
- Organizational and time management skills required
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, multi-task, and close
- Self-motivated and a top sales performer
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow with the team
