**Finance and Insurance Manager - F&I**

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Finance Specialist who is passionate about customer service. We are currently seeking an F&I Manager to join our amazing team. We need a candiate with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale. This position will work with lenders to obtain financing approval and complete all RV purchase paperwork accurately and on time. The F&I manager is responsible for follwoing up on and coolecting receivables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contract new business, sell and close deals
- Submit deals to banks electronically
- Secure financing for customers bu building profeshional relationships with lenders and work to get the most competitive financing available for our customers
- Enter transactions accurately into dealer management and bank approval systems
- Process all paperwork and ensure accuracy to meet Provinical, DMV and lender requirements
- Track Contracts in Transit (CIT) and follow up on outstanding items to ensure contract funding
- Contract or collect all money at closing
- Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
- Maintain a working knowledge of leases, “balloons”, etc.
- Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
- Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
- Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket)
- Handle all cancellations for extended warranties
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth delivery process

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills necessary
