Are you a top-performing Financial Manager with subprime experience looking for your next big opportunity? Our growing finance office wants you We're currently building the largest used vehicle dealership in B.C. at our dealership in Langley, and we need a driven, customer-focused Finance Manager to help us get there.

As a Financial Manager you'll be responsible for a wide range of key duties, including achieving targeted performance objectives, building strong relationships with auto lenders, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You'll need to be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, and able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

But it's not just about the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to everything they do. You'll need to be self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, and passionate about delivering the best possible experience to every customer.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a highly competitive pay range of $52,000 - $186,049 per year, along with a commission structure that rewards your performance and contribution. As a full-time permanent employee, you'll also enjoy a flexible schedule of 8-hour shifts, and a range of excellent benefits, including extended health care, dental care, vision care, life insurance, discounted or free food, and on-site parking.

**Salary**: $53,000.00-$186,000.00 per year
