**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
We are looking for a fast paced, collaborative Accounting Manager that has experience building and managing a strong team, has a deep experience in ERP systems including implementation, custom reports and troubleshooting. You have current experience working in a business that sells through mass merchants, as well as directly through their own websites.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Performance Management: Coaching and development of the team members.
- Financial Reporting: Responsible for preparing and completing all monthly financial reporting such as Trial Balance, General Ledger, Financial Statements, and cash flow in accordance with ASPE and USA laws.
- Reconciliation: Bank, credit card, etc.
- ERP: System updates and module setup like Power BI.
- Sales Taxes: USA & Canadian
- Inventory management: Ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Pricing: Determine pricing strategies to achieve contribution targets and desired velocity.
- Analysis: Review sales trends, promotional results, return rate, MOH analysis and landed cost sheets
- Assist with other duties as assigned by Controller.

**Who You Are**:

- CPA designation
- Minimum 2 years experience working for an organization that sells to Mass Merchant Retailers as well as directly on their website
- Most recent role must be working with Mass Merchants
- Experience working with and troubleshooting an ERP system.
- Recent experience managing a successful team
- Ability to identify, discuss and solve real time issues that arise in a growth environment.
- Analytical with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Power BI is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounting with Mass Merchant: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Chartered Professional Accountant (required)
