**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
We are looking for a fast paced, collaborative Accounting Manager that has experience building and managing a strong team, has a deep experience in ERP systems including implementation, custom reports and troubleshooting. You have current experience working in a business that sells through mass merchants, as well as directly through their own websites.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Financial Reporting: Responsible for preparing and completing all monthly financial reporting such as Trial Balance, General Ledger, Financial Statements, and cash flow in accordance with ASPE and USA laws.
- Reconciliation of accounts monthly.
- ERP: System updates like setting up Power BI
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts as well as budget to actual reviews.
- Sales Taxes: USA & Canadian
- Lead with ERP setup, analytical reporting, system upgrades and ongoing troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate inventory values.
- Determine pricing strategies to achieve contribution targets and desired velocity.
- Analyze sales trends, promotional results, return rate, MOH analysis and landed cost sheets
- Management and performance coaching the Accounting team.
- Oversee A/R & A/P team members
- Assist with other duties as assigned by Controller.

**Who You Are**:

- CPA designation
- 8-15 years of accounting experience
- Currently working in a business that sells their products to mass merchants, as well as directly through their own websites
- Experience working with and troubleshooting an ERP system.
- Recent experience managing a successful team
- Ability to identify, discuss and solve real time issues that arise in a growth environment.
- Analytical with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Power BI is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
