Accounts and Operations Administrator

Are you an organized people person who also loves **natural beauty and skincare products**? Then the **Accounts & Office Manager** role might be the ideal role for you. We are looking for an Accounts Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties around the office while providing quality customer service.
Role
- Review and process and help fulfil sales orders; up-sell whenever possible.
- Update internal databases (CRM) with account details
- Contact customers about payment and address any payment issues
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
- Identify new revenue prospects
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong computer skills are a must with an ability to comfortably learn new systems; experience with Quickbooks is a plus
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
COVID-19 considerations:
Spacious office with small staff who all fully vaccinated and mínimal outside contact.
