**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service during check-in and check-out processes
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, addressing guest inquiries promptly
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations efficiently and courteously
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounts
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Monitor security of the hotel property during overnight hours and report any issues or concerns
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and updating guest records
- Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest population
- Knowledge of guest services procedures and hospitality industry standards preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts as part of a rotating schedule or as needed

This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team by delivering memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence during overnight hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
