We’re seeking a **Marketing Manager** who can take full ownership of our marketing strategy — from planning and research to execution across all digital channels. This is a **hands-on, multi-disciplinary role** ideal for a creative and data-driven professional.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **marketing strategies** to drive e-commerce growth

- Manage and optimize **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)**, and **retargeting campaigns**

- Conduct **market and keyword research** to identify trends and growth opportunities

- Manage and grow social channels (**Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube**)

- Implement **SEO best practices** to increase website visibility and conversions

- Track and report on **KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance** using Google Analytics and Search Console

- Collaborate with management on **promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives**

- Maintain **consistent brand messaging** across all platforms

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of marketing experience, preferably in **e-commerce or consumer goods**

- Proven success managing **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and **social media campaigns**

- Solid knowledge of **SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools**

- Proficient in **content creation, copywriting, and graphic design** (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

- Experience with **WooCommerce, Odoo, or other e-commerce platforms**

- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills

- Photography and video editing experience is an asset

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

- 8-hour shift

- Occasional campaign deadlines or launch periods may require flexibility
