**Position Overview**

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced **Marketing Coordinator** to manage and execute digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on content development. This role is perfect for a skilled communicator who understands how to craft engaging blog posts, social captions, and marketing copy, while also coordinating multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with design teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns for multiple clients
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to align visuals and messaging
- Manage social media scheduling, distribution, and monitoring using **Hootsuite**:

- Track, report, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives
- Assist with the organization and planning of client presentations, reports, and proposals
- Stay current on marketing/content trends, tools, industry topics and best practices

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Required**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of blog, editorial, or branded content
- Experience writing in various tones (professional, playful, promotional, etc.)
- Proficiency in **Hootsuite** for scheduling and monitoring social media content
- Familiarity with **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and **Canva** for creating or editing visual content
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and metrics
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience as a **Marketing Coordinator** in an agency or corporate setting
- Experience working with creative teams on content production
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Understanding of branding, SEO, and paid digital advertising is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
- Copy editing: 5 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Calgary, AB T2A 2L5 (required)

Work Location: In person
