Are you an enthusiastic and collaborative individual with a knack for optimizing office operations? We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team and contribute to the smooth workflow of administrative and office functions.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Seamlessly interface with team members, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills to understand their needs and provide timely updates on office projects.
- Perform various office-related tasks, including but not limited to logistics, clerical tasks, project support, marketing support, and sales support.
- Demonstrate superior time-management and organizational skills to efficiently prioritize tasks, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of office projects.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment through strong leadership skills.
- Utilize problem-solving skills rooted in a solid understanding of administrative processes to address challenges effectively.
- Prioritize teamwork, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to office tasks.
- Embrace innovation to adapt to new technologies that enhance office management practices.
- Maintain a team-focused attitude aimed at achieving success and enhancing the overall office experience.

- Provide administrative support to all teams, assisting with specific tasks related to the successful workflow of all tasks.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Office Management Duties (as above) - 80%
- Executive Support - 15%
- Ad-hoc Tasks - 5%
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience reporting to management
**SPECIAL SKILLS/TRAINING/LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience as an office manager, coordinator, or related administrative role, strongly preferred.
- Ability to consistently complete meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of office projects.
- Possession of a valid G class driver’s license in good standing.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for office-related tasks.
