Dental Office Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Manage scheduling of appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow and mínimal wait times.
- Oversee the maintenance of electronic medical records (EMR) systems, including ABELDENT, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle budgeting and financial management tasks, including billing, collections, and expense tracking.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist in human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a dental office setting is a must with minimum 6 years of experience in similar position.
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management within a healthcare context.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff alike.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring and employee management is beneficial.
