Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient office management and support to our electrical components inventory and installation projects. The role involves staff management, office duties coordination, basic accounting, sales support, HR policy enforcement, and health & safety oversight.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Staff Management and Office Operations**:
- Lead, manage, and develop office staff, promoting a positive work environment.
- Oversee daily office activities, ensuring operational excellence and addressing any issues that arise.
**2. Administrative Support and Daily Office Duties**:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, implementing process improvements as needed.
**3. Basic Accounting and Financial Administration**:
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with the finance team for accurate financial record-keeping.
**4. Sales Coordination**:
- Assist in the coordination of sales efforts, supporting the sales team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
**5. Human Resources Support and Policy Enforcement**:
- Work closely with HR Consultant to ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and maintain employee records.
**6. Health & Safety Representation**:
- Serve as the Health & Safety representative, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe workplace.
**7. Project Coordination and Supply Management**:
- Ensure seamless project coordination and maintain adequate office supplies and equipment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on office management, staff leadership, and administrative excellence.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
