About you
As an office manager, you get to be the glue that holds everything together. You will be the support system that ensures business runs flawlessly, so the business can grow.
As our new office manager, your main goal is the smooth operation of our office.
Administration:
Accounting:
Your bookkeeping and/or accounting experience will be critical in this role. You’ll support our accountant with full-cycle accounting by processing AR and AP, expense reports, and invoices. You’re very comfortable with numbers and finances and know your way around accounting programs because you have hands-on experience working with software like QuickBooks.
Purchasing and Inventory Management:
You will keep track of materials and supplies and ensure that we are never low on products we need. You may run errands to pick up items we need at times.
Logistics You are super organized and you can multitask and coordinate. You are comfortable creating schedules and keeping track of schedules.
This is a full-time, permanent position working in our Richmond Hill office. You’ll work 2- 3 days a week, from 9.30-2.30 You’ll be paid between $17-$19/hr
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in an office administration role (e.g. office manager, administrator)
- Administrative experience in a business office
- Experience with full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping in a small to medium sized business (processing AR, AP, expense reports, invoicing)
- Experience working with accounting software (QuickBooks, )
- Experience using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
