Social Media Content Manager for Ecommerce

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with company goals and target audience.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors, SME creators to create produce high quality content that engages our consumer, promotes products and demonstrates brand value
- Create and manage engaging social media content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that support product launches and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize conversion.
- Engage with customers and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience in developing social media marketing strategy and content creation, preferably for eCommerce brands
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in North America social marketing
- Experience working for a DTC/ecommerce brand in GPC industry is an asset
- Experience executing paid digital media campaign in social media platform is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytics background: able to triangulate between data, brand goals and opportunities to make recommendations and optimize plans
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
