**Position Overview: Content Creator (UGC)**

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy **Content Creator (User-Generated Content)** to bring fresh ideas and authentic content to life. In this role, you’ll conceptualize, create, and edit engaging short-form videos and visuals for Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED). You’ll collaborate closely with our content and marketing teams to help brands tell their story in a relatable and engaging way.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, loves being in front of (and behind) the camera, and knows how to create thumb-stopping content that resonates with different audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. UGC Content Creation**
- Plan, script, and create authentic short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
- Bring creative concepts to life with engaging visuals, storytelling, and on-trend ideas that align with each client’s branding.
- Act as an on-screen talent for videos when needed, embodying the voice and style of the brand.

**2. Platform-Specific Content Production**
- Stay on top of platform trends (TikTok sounds, Reels transitions, Xiaohongshu aesthetics) and create content that drives engagement.
- Optimize video formats, captions, and visuals to match platform best practices.

**3. Collaboration & Brainstorming**
- Work with the content and strategy teams to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and deliverables.
- Take part in creative meetings to align with client objectives and messaging.

**4. Editing & Post-Production**
- Edit videos using apps or software, ensuring polished, high-quality results.
- Add text overlays, captions, music, or effects to make content visually compelling.

**5. Client Vision Alignment**
- Collaborate with clients (directly or through the team) to understand their branding and ensure the content reflects their voice and goals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in creating UGC-style content for social media (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED) and their respective audiences.
- Creative storytelling skills with a knack for engaging viewers in the first 3 seconds.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera and creating content independently.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Bonus: Experience with Xiaohongshu content creation or bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin).
