**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Social Media Content Strategist & Creator to manage, support and lead the growth and social presence of our business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute impactful social media content & communication strategies that will strengthen our brand and drive customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing our website content and social media accounts, writing and creating engaging content, and monitoring social trends to ensure that our brand message resonates with our target audience.
As a Social Media Content Strategist & Creator, you will have a huge impact on driving our business engagement. Your content and ideas will help us grow our brand, connect with customers, and stay ahead of the competition.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective social & marketing communication strategies to strengthen customer engagement and brand presence in the market.
- Manage our social media accounts, create visual and written content to create marketing momentum, support new product launch, drive social communication, connection, and interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Customer Service, to create integrated campaigns that support our business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social trends and performance, gather insights, and use data to optimize future campaigns and effective communication.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to create topics with industry experts, contractors, and other partners to build alliances and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on creating engaging content and driving online consumer interactions.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools, for image, animation, and video content creation.
- Quick learner and fast adapter to the new product and technology, B2B marketing expertise is a favorite plus.
- Excellent creative writing skills to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Self-motivator and self-initiator who can always actively engage stakeholders to gather relevant marketing materials, sharp eyes to capture hot topics and moments to incorporate social communication content.
- Knowledge of SEO/SMO methodologies to optimize the content for social channels.
