**Requirements**:

- Develop creative content ideas and concepts in line with our different apps and brands, often in partnership with brands/creative design leaders
- **Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, social media (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and youtube), marketing materials, and similar platforms.**:

- Schedule, publish and report content using native social media channels
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop strategies to increase growth engagement across our social brands, identifying areas of opportunity and delivering against relative performance benchmarks.
- Have knowledge of Google, Facebook and related Ad platforms.
- Create content that is specifically crafted to capture the attention of our target audience, both 2B and 2C.
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
- Write in-depth instructional documentation for our apps, such as knowledge base posts and FAQs.
- An ability to fact-check and proofread all our short-form and long-form content pieces
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
- Work collaboratively and communicate frequently
- Work to a brief and maybe an outline of footage and/or a shot list, script, or screenplay
- Make editing changes to videos and highlight videos as requested by the product manager's video creative cycle - from concept to final product.
- Solid computer skills, including adobe suite, photoshop, aftereffects, adobe premiere pro or final cut pro, etc.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role
- 1+ year experience in copywriting/content creation (preferably for a digital environment)
- 1+ year of appliable experience in content strategy for a business
- Experience with video shoots
- Experience in producing SaaS onboarding video
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a startup is a bonus
- Prior experience in or knowledge in the telecom industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
