**Job Summary**: As a Retail Mobile Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to transport and operate a mobile retail unit to various locations, bringing products and services directly to customers. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling merchandise from the mobile truck, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the retail business. Please note there is also a percentage of commission component based off sales volume as well as overnight per diem expenditures provided for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Driving and Operating**:

- Safely operate and drive the mobile retail truck to designated locations, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and functionality.
- Set up and operate the mobile retail unit, including any necessary displays or equipment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and services offered from the mobile retail unit.
- Answer customer inquiries and address concerns effectively.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Actively engage in sales activities, promoting products and driving sales to achieve targets.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase foot traffic to the mobile retail unit.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate personnel.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on the mobile retail unit, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and any customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and other relevant metrics.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes that may impact mobile retail operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in driving commercial vehicles, especially mobile retail units, is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with mínimal supervision.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Physical fitness for tasks such as setting up displays and lifting merchandise.
- Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
