Route Sales Representative

**THE POSITION**:
New-Line is currently seeking a full-time **Route Sales Representative **for the Calgary area to grow our diverse sales team. Working across multiple industries, the Route Sales Rep will be conducting flex stock checks at customer sites and uploading orders for processing. This position works with the Account Reps and Territory Sales Managers to develop new accounts.

- You have excellent **customer-service skills** and the ability to answer customer enquiries in a professional and prompt manner
- You have **proven B2B sales experience **with a strong record of customer satisfaction and success; experience in industrial parts sales in a similar industry highly preferred (hydraulics, hoses, fittings, electrical, plumbing)
- You are **mechanically-inclined**; you have a natural curiosity about how things work and are able to problem-solve effectively. Basic knowledge of industrial and hydraulics hoses is considered an asset.
- You have excellent **communication skills**; you are quick to respond to customer inquiries and take the time to source out answers
- You have a **high degree of accuracy**; you will be processing orders, quotes, and have strong attention to detail.
- You have **strong computer skills** and ability to work with **MS Office Suite** and mobile apps; you do not shy away from new technology
- You have a **passion **for becoming an expert in your field; you take pride in your ability to learn about your product and provide solutions
- You represent and promote the brand and reputation that New-Line has established; a high level of **integrity **and customer service is required
- You are **self-motivated **with a strong work ethic. You work well with little supervision but take accountability for your workload and schedule
- You have a reliable vehicle and a valid **Class 5 Driver’s License **as well as a Clean Drivers Abstract

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
