**The Theia team is looking for an Accounting Clerk/Administrative Coordinator**
Theia Partners is a real-estate development company rooted in values of social justice and sustainability. Theia is best known for their work in developing the Zibi project - taking a contaminated and derelict former industrial site and converting it into a showpiece sustainable redevelopment. Our portfolio is diversified between renewable energy projects, affordable housing, and mixed-use development, all guided by our values. **What will you do?**
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person:
- Accounting support
- Data entry and clerical support
- Administrative support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Helping organize team events
- Expense reports
- Monthly bank & credit card reconciliations
- Assist supported executives with corporate and personal tasks on an as needed basis
- Organizational tasks related to real estate development and asset management
- Distribute investor reporting, and tracking related to investor contributions and distributions
- Online filing and organizing of documents
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
- Bilingual imperative

**Experience**:
- Administrative and bookkeeping expertise required
- Corporate Administration exposure a plus.
