**What you will do**:
The **Accounting Clerk** will be responsible to provide accounting support to our financial team. Responsible for supporting the accounts payable team. This is a high volume fast paced team working with multiple entities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle accounts payable
- Data entry and data validation of purchase orders, receipts etc.
- Prepare reports, assist in any auditing activities
- Maintain accounting records and timelines
- Ensure accounting policies and best practices are followed

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- College degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of **2 (two) years accounting **experience
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite,
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Experience with accounting software (Sage, Acomba etc.)
