The Oral Health Team is working on several exciting and innovative projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery of oral health services.

**Title**: Program Lead, Oral Health Services
**Salary**: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent contract
**Hours**: 37.5 hrs, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver office - Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office)

**About the role**

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
**Education and Experience**
- University degree in Oral Health, or related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of practices, procedures, theories and principles related to program delivery and the administration of a public health services program for First Nations clients
- Knowledge of historical and current culture of BC First Nations political structures and health environment
- Knowledge of the roles of the College of Oral Health Professionals of BC and the relevant Dental Professional Associations and guiding documents that impact upon oral health practice in BC

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Leading and supervising a team of dental providers delivering clinical care and oral health education.
- Developing and maintaining operational tools, procedures, guidelines, and work plans to support program delivery.
- Monitoring program impact, service demands, and expenditures to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Ensuring the readiness and maintenance of dental supplies and equipment.
- Facilitating workforce planning, team training, and performance evaluations.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
