**Title**: Lead - Clinical Supplies
**Salary**: $104,535 - $130,960 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Bargaining Unit**: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada)
**About the role**
As Clinical Supplies Lead, you will - support the development, supervision, and implementation of distribution services for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as lead of the Clinical Supply Team. Reporting to the Program Manager, the position leads and provides expertise to furthering service excellence by overseeing ordering for health service sites and the warehouse, maintaining inventory and warehouse organization, invoicing, receiving, shipping, and other associated tasks. This position is key to improving operations, quality, and safety for clinical supplies distribution management via collaboration with internal and external expert partners. This position facilitates nursing service efforts by supporting direct care nurses and their respective leaders (in-person and virtually) for any clinical supply needs.
Regular travel to rural and remote nursing stations and health centres will be required.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) in good standing
- Current BCCNM certified practice in Remote Nursing is an asset
- Valid BC Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Significant, recent, and relevant experience in a leadership role in healthcare and/or Indigenous health and wellness programming and service delivery (usually acquired over a period of 2-5 years minimum)

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
