We're seeking a dynamic and organized **Study Club and Marketing Coordinator**to lead our referral programs and grow our professional network.

**Position Overview**:
As the Study Club and Marketing Coordinator, you will be the face of our professional outreach and continuing education initiatives. You'll coordinate and promote study clubs, CE events, and referral marketing activities, ensuring our practice remains a trusted partner to the dental community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute Study Club events and CE programs for referring dentist and specialists
- Manage event logistic including venue selection, speaker coordination, catering, invitation, and CE documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral offices and dental professionals
- Conduct regular outreach visits to referral offices to share updates and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the practice owner (s) and team to align marketing strategies with practice goals.
- 2+ year's of experience in dental or healthcare marketing and/or event coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing professional events or CE programs
- A professional, outgoing and confident demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outreach activities

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
