**Key Responsibilities**:
**Payroll And Attendance**:

- **Process Biweekly Payroll**:
Accurately calculate and process biweekly payroll using the Wave app, ensuring all employee compensation, deductions, and reimbursements are properly recorded and paid out on time.
- **Track Employee Hours**:
Maintain up-to-date records of employee working hours using Excel and Jibble. Review time entries for accuracy, flag any discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company attendance policies.

**Recruitment**:

- **Department Hiring Support**:
Manage recruitment efforts across multiple departments, including Sales, Ads Management, and the Social & Creative Team, based on hiring needs and business goals.
- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**:
**Onboarding & Offboarding**:

- **Onboarding New Employees**:

- **Employee Off boarding**:
Manage off boarding procedures including disabling system access, collecting company equipment (if applicable), conducting exit interviews, and ensuring all HR documentation is completed properly. Provide support for a respectful and compliant departure process.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Organize biweekly engagement and recognition activities such as _Employee of the Month_ and _Top Performer of the Week_.
- **Fostering a Positive Culture**:
Support a healthy workplace culture through regular communication, feedback mechanisms, and participation in team-building activities. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and suggestions.

**Office Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors when necessary and maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and organized office environment that supports daily operations and employee productivity.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
