That’s why we need your expertise and passion to complete our team The Aftermarket Division flight simulators to update with the latest aeronautical improvements. Our employees develop innovative solutions to technological challenges. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Integrate simulator documents into the cloud management tool (QTGx). - Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve documentation and related processes. - Investigate, support, and implement solutions to the existing tools and processes, used in the building and deploying of customer documentation. - Estimate the effort required for each project to be integrated into QTGx. - Review deliverables with the client. - Become a QTGx expert for customer support. - Keep the group leader informed on the progress of assigned projects. - Support the Verification & Validation team for various documentation tasks. - Other related duties may be assigned as needed. QUALIFICATIONS - A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in electronic technical publications (interactive, PDFs) - University or college diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience. - Ability to manage multiple projects, problem solve and consistently meet deadlines with mínimal supervision. - Possess attention to detail, ability to follow procedures. - Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills. - Sense of initiative and ability to work independently. - Basic knowledge of programming is an asset, for better document management (ex. Sorting, comparison, renaming of documents etc.) to be able to identify and automate redundant tasks. - Keep up to date with evolving technology, industry trends and tools related to technical communications and publications. - Very good knowledge of French and English.
