Cambridge, Canada Crunch Fitness Full time

A new opportunity for a **part-time** position needs to be filled at Crunch Fitness in **Hespeler.**

The **part**-**time** shift will be for the following:

- **Tuesday & Thursday: 3pm-9pm.**:

- **Sunday: 2pm-8pm.**:

- **Availability for morning, evening & potential overnight will be an asset.**:

- **Additional shifts may be required based on company needs.**

This individual will be responsible for assisting the evening team with sales, lead generation, club cleanliness & servicing our existing members. They will be providing exceptional service to new prospects/customers, as well as the current member base.

All leads for the club are from lead generation, phone calls, walk ins, social media, and promotions. It is the sales representatives responsibility to take those leads and convert them in to members.

This position will also be responsible for closing the club at night & will need to follow proper closing procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attract business via member referrals, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, sales follow up
- Ability to achieve and surpass all personal sales goals
- Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and adhere to company core values at all times
- Handling members accounts with excellent customer service.
- Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed at all times
- Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly and ambitious personality
- Answering phone calls.
- Making calls to trial passes & other leads.
- Maintain a clean facility.
- Facilitate all member requests and issues.
- Greeting all members and guests as the come in.

**Physical Demands**:
This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
