**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase membership enrollment and retention.
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new members, including networking events and community outreach.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in membership services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead a team of membership representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales goals.
- Manage relationships with existing members through effective account management practices.
- Utilize Salesforce to track membership metrics, generate reports, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within a membership-based organization or similar field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and member needs effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, along with proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A passion for fostering community engagement and enhancing member experiences.

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
