Job Summary

The Membership Representative plays a crucial role in driving membership growth and engagement within our organization. This position involves actively seeking out new members, fostering relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all members. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for learning best practices and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new membership opportunities through outside sales efforts and networking.
  • Conduct presentations, tours, and needs analysis with potential members, showcasing the benefits of an LA Fitness Membership.
  • Assist with launching
  • Explain membership terms and agreements to secure new sign-ups and create positive engagement.
  • Manage existing member accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up
  • Utilize Database for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.
  • Assist in organizing events or workshops aimed at engaging current members and attracting new ones.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to member inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Support Club operations and provide team support.

Skills

  • Passionate about helping and supporting prospects needs.
  • Awareness of "Pipeline" Sales
  • Background in business development and account management is advantageous.
  • Display Maturity and Emotional Intelligence.
  • Persistent and Passionate
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
  • Fluency in more than one language is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
