Boundless Martial Arts is a well-established brand, committed to providing affordable, accessible and the best martial arts classes to our community. Boundless Martial Arts is currently established in two locations. Our class formats target a wide range of clients' needs - from young to more senior, from beginner to advanced.
The Boundless Martial Art Studio Sales Representative is responsible for:
- Retaining current members and the sale of new memberships,
- Sales of Boundless Martial Arts apparel and products.
- Assumes responsibility for developing and improving selling & enrollment skills for self
- Build and enforce membership community mindset in studio and online
- Execute our sales process for lead generation, follow up, and membership enrollment
- Present available services and products to our current members initiate and participate in local and corporate special events (health fairs, grand openings, contests, community and B2B events) to promote Boundless Martial Arts studio
- Participate in Boundless Martial Arts team training
- Conduct tours of our facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants
- Must have proficient computer skills and familiar with using Social Media such as FaceBook and Instagram
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $17-20 per hour, Boundless Martial Arts apparel, gear and membership discounts.
- flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings, and weekends as business needs dictate
- 6+Hrs shift 30+ hrs per week
- Weekend availability
- Ability to commute

**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year
- Sales experiance 1 year

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
