One of Canada's original Internet Service Providers is searching for outgoing, enthusiastic members to join our technical support team.

**JOB DUTIES**

Answer inbound support and customer inquiries at our Burnaby head office.

Provide suggestions and configure Internet settings for customer computers, tablets and routers recognize and resolve issues from a provider-perspective for LAN/WAN/WIFI issues

Create, resolve and update trouble tickets between customers, telco and cable carriers

Configure ADSL, Cable modems

Configure VOIP adapters

Provision ADSL and Cable Internet Service

Answer customer inquires.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

Positive, Professional and Enthusiastic communications skills

A commitment to provide friendly and quality customer service

Excellent English, Verbal and Written skills

Knowledge of Windows XP to 10

Mac, TCP/IP knowledge an asset

Router, voip setup configurations

Previous help desk, call centre experience an asset

Knowledge of ADSL and Cable internet

Start date is asap and depending on your current availability

**Salary**: $39,672 -$47309.60 per year/ / $18.25per hour - $22.70per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.25-$22.70 per hour
