Inbound Customer Service Representative

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage our clients' customer price file data to ensure all information is always accurate and up to date.
This role will also provide support projects and be responsible for providing order quotations to customers for tenders and to support successful projects throughout the project duration including managing internal and external communications, building relationships and coordinating project paperwork.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Price files maintenance - manage each customer price file including the list of products/codes and set and adjust the prices in the Pronto
- Manage price and product data on the Company website
- Management of quotations and the accurate data entry of customer tenders in the Pronto system, ensure urgent Tenders are managed accordingly
- Supporting with incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Managing internal relationships and communication including the Distribution and Sales Team as well as relationships with external stakeholders
- Inbound calls in relation to customer orders and enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner
- Follow order through to delivery to ensure all deliveries are delivered in line with SLA’s with customers at time of order
- Update customers on order status or any delivery issues
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Enter all information into Pronto and any other company systems accurately and efficiently and ensure all sensitive information remains confidential
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Previous experience using Pronto would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $23.50 per hour

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
