Customer ServiceRepresentative, (CSR), is the first point of contact in connecting GLENTEL withcustomers by responding to their inquiries and concerns and identifying keystakeholders to engage in the resolution/conclusion. The CSR serves customersby determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems;fulfilling requests; maintaining database; and reporting. Why work for us? Base Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 Remote Work Model (Come to office as needed) Discounts on the newestwireless technology and plans Generous bonus plan Excellent extended healthbenefits RRSP company match program Key Resposibilities: Providetimely “world class” service to customers by phone using active listeningto clarify information requested and researching to provide requiredinformation Engagewith GLENTEL customers by receiving inbound calls and placing outboundcalls Respondto emails and other forms of communication from customers and other keystakeholders such as Facebook, Twitter, Google reviews etc. Resolveissues by identifying root causes; researching and exploring answers andalternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolvedproblems Promoteadditional services and recognize opportunities to direct customers toretail stores to connect with our frontline staff Managecustomer relationship management, (CRM) software by maintaining customerinformation including documented file notes of customer interactions Logsolutions to frequent issues and questions in CRM to optimize responserate for customers Otherduties as assigned or required #J-18808-Ljbffr
