Office Assistant

OFFICE DUTIES:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Greet Customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Assist with data entry into facility reservation system
- Enter payments and prepare invoices
- Manage office inventory
- File payments and customer contracts
CUSTOMER REP DUTIES:
- Book/confirm various event bookings including ice rentals, kids birthday parties, and corporate events
- Assist department heads with confirmations, timelines and general paperwork associated with accounts
- Provide General information about product and services to existing and prospective customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable, positive and assisting clients to the best of their ability
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be able to work daytime 20-40 hours per week shifts from Monday-Saturday
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Self motivated but able to work well with a team
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
