Overview:
SD Financial Services Inc. is a small General Insurance Agency. We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Office Assistant to help with filing and office maintenance in person in North York.
**Duties**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients, insurance companies, and the brokerage.
- Send and receive memos in Broker Management Software.
- Maintain client files with hard copies of correspondence, insurance forms, policies, etc.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Other tasks as required by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Computer Literacy.
- Proficiency with English.
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Attention to Detail.
You will be required to come to our office in North York for a few hours Monday-Friday. The schedule can be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.55 per hour
