Job Title: Office Assistant

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming phone calls and taking accurate messages
- Following up with clients on the status of their quotes
- Performing general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork
- Operating a simple printer machine to print documents and forms
- Assisting other team members with tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to operate a simple printer machine
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: $15.50-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2N 5P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
