**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, communication, and document management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is an asset but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
