Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales
Full time
Compensation: Salary dependent on experience and education.

Location: Missisauga, ON
Hours of Work: 8:00 - 5:00

Our Mississauga, ON facility has an opening for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative. This position is well suited for an individual who prides themselves on their ability to understand a customer’s true needs and is driven to do the work to fulfill them. Your curiosity will guide you in fully comprehending your customer’s requirements while your resourcefulness will provide you with the means to meet them.

The product categories that RotoPrecision provides to the Canadian market are High Precision Bearings, Linear Motion Components, Specialty Fasteners, Wave Springs and Gearboxes.

Although our products are technical in nature, previous experience working with this type of product is not a leading indicator of success. Curiosity and Resourcefulness are the key attributes for a long and successful career in Industrial Distribution with RotoPrecision.
- Work with our distributor customer base in Southern Ontario
- Strive to provide the perfect customer experience to our current customers, prospects and business partners
- Foster sustainable relationships of trust with all stakeholders utilizing open, interactive communication
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Comprehensively record our customer’s complete specifications including product specifications and all required commercial terms
- Prepare and submit quotations
- Prepare and acknowledge orders
- Work closely with our principal vendors to ensure our customer’s specifications are conveyed and successfully fulfilled
- Promptly inform customers of any changes to our agreed to Customer contract (purchase order)
- Use the provided reporting tools to ensure that customers' inquiries and orders will meet their expectations

**Salary**: $34,000.00-$42,982.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
