**What You’ll Do**

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all F&B outlets and Banquet facility, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. You’ll ensure smooth operations, manage budgets, and create memorable dining experiences. This hands-on leadership role involves training and inspiring your team, collaborating on innovative menus, and delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back for more.

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years in F&B, with 2+ years leading the charge.
- A knack for teamwork, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
- Serve Right & Food Handlers certifications (or willingness to get them).
- A love for the fast-paced world of resorts and events.
