**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy
- Perform and maintain daily documentation, filing and typing
- Maintain and organize document files
- Perform general clerical duties; photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and couriers etc
- Prepares MS PowerPoint presentations, packages, binding, and handout packages.
- Prepares AUE specific H&S and other reports, data analysis.
- Administers office and safety supplies, stationary for all AUE.
- Books travel for AUE General Manager.
- Assist with the AUE time entry process.
- Suggest and implement improved work methods and systems relating to administrative tasks

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience plus experience with supporting senior executives.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Experience with SAP an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive
- Ability to confidentially handle sensitive information.
