**Full-Cycle Bookkeeper/Office Administrator**
**Responsibilities**
This position is responsible for:
- Accounts, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Processing
- Government, Tax & WSIB Remittance Preparation, Filing & Payment
- Financial & Performance Reporting
- Records Management
- Maintain Rent Roll, Prepare/Amend Leases & Tenant Invoicing
- Billing/Tracking for Snow Removal Administration
- Payroll Administration
- Maintain Businesses' Insurance Policy Files
- Mail Services - Prepare, Receive, Sort, & Distribute
- Procurement/Inventory Management
- Office Machine/Equipment Maintenance
- Backup to the UTW Bookkeeper position
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor
Qualifications: The Full-Cycle Bookkeeper/Office Administrator should have a proven work history performing duties as mentioned above in a fast-paced, professional, office environment and become quickly familiar with various inter-company entries and the operational office eco-system.
Completion of Secondary School with preference given to Post Secondary education and/or Experience in areas of Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, Office Administration, Transportation and Customer Service.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage 50 and an aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
**Salary**: $31.00-$33.00 per hour DOE to start.
