Mortgage Agent

**Responsibilities**:
- Acquire new clients and generate new business.
- Assess clients' financial situations to identify appropriate mortgage options.
- Research and evaluate various mortgage products from different lenders.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the mortgage process, from initial inquiry to final closing.
- Stay informed on changes in mortgage regulations and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and provincial regulations and policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid Mortgage Agent license in Ontario.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency with mortgage software and financial analysis tools.
