*Level 1 Requirements:*
- Must be licensed under FSRA as a **Mortgage Agent Level 1** in Ontario.
- Ability to work with residential mortgages.
- Knowledge of mortgage products and compliance with provincial regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Level 2 Requirements:*
- Licensed as a **Mortgage Agent Level 2** with FSRA in Ontario.
- Experience with complex mortgage deals, including commercial, private, or construction loans.
- A proven track record of high-volume transactions.
- Strong ability to manage risk and compliance in mortgage transactions.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assess client needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
- Liaise with lenders to find the best deals for your clients.
- Stay updated on mortgage industry trends and regulatory requirements.
*Qualifications:*
- Valid FSRA Mortgage Agent License (Level 1 or Level 2).
- A passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership or investment goals.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $39,999.00-$149,999.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
