Job Title: Mortgage Agent

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals.
- Conduct thorough mortgage assessments to determine clients' needs and provide customized solutions.
- Work with lenders to secure the best possible mortgage rates and terms for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and policies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid FSRA licence.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
