**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaboration with Fulfillment Officers**: Work closely with fulfillment officers to collect outstanding documents and satisfy any conditions as per the mortgage commitment.
- **Process Coordination**: Follow up with all parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure 100% coordination and a smooth transaction from start to finish.
- **Loan-to-Value (LTV) Analysis**: Perform thorough loan-to-value analysis to assess risk and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- **GDS/TDS Cash Flow Review**: Review Gross Debt Service (GDS) and Total Debt Service (TDS) ratios and analyze borrower cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- **Review of Agreements and Appraisals**: Review Purchase & Sale Agreements, order appraisals, and thoroughly review appraisal reports to assess property value and risk.
- **Income Document Familiarity**: Ensure a thorough understanding of key income documents, including T4s, T1s, and Notices of Assessment (NOAs), to evaluate borrower eligibility.
- **Client and Stakeholder Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with clients, lenders, third-party vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the underwriting process.
- **Networking & Representation**: Represent Kingsdale Mortgage at industry conferences, conventions, and other networking events to strengthen relationships and enhance brand presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in mortgage underwriting, with a strong understanding of residential lending
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for deal origination and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based role, with a proactive approach to closing deals.
