Our mission is to bring innovative and effective health and wellness products to the Canadian market. We are seeking a proactive and experienced **Order Desk Supervisor** to lead our order desk team. This position requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on enhancing the customer experience while driving team performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and provide hands-on leadership to the order desk team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Oversee all sales order entry activities, verifying customer and purchase order details for accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews along with the department manager.
- Develop and implement procedures to optimize order processing and improve customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, collaborating with internal departments for resolutions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Coordinate with the necessary departments to ensure efficient processing of returns and credits.
- Analyze data to monitor order trends, team performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Support cross-departmental communication to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and ensure team adherence to company policies.
- Enter orders accurately and efficiently, upselling and recommending products as appropriate.
**Position Requirements**:
- Proven **leadership experience** in a supervisory role within customer service or order desk operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with **Oracle NetSuite** or similar ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle ERP Cloud)
- Experience working in the Sports Nutrition and/or Health & Wellness industry
- **Excellent communication**/telemarketing skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to **multitask** and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and handle escalations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, with strong overall computer literacy.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
